The colours of our products have been reproduced as accurately as possible on our website, and the consistency of colour across the various physical materials is again as close as manufacturing processes permit. However, a slight variation in shade, depth of colour and finish has to be allowed for between items, particularly when made from different materials.

It is essential to note that the colour rendition on different screens can vary significantly - if you would like to see the colours in real life we encourage you to arrange a visit to our warehouse, or we can send small colour samples in the post on request. Contact us here

However, it is essential to note that due to the handmade nature of our products, minor flaws and imperfections may be present.

These minor flaws are an inherent characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and should not be considered defects. We believe that these imperfections add to the unique charm and character of our products, making them truly one-of-a-kind. Here are some common examples of minor flaws that occasionally may be present:

• *Surface variations*: You may notice slight variations or ripples in the surface texture or colour. These variations are a testament to the authenticity of handcrafted products.
• *Pinholes and specks*: Tiny pinholes or specks may be visible on the surface. These occur during the glazing and firing process and are part of the character of the products.
• *Size and shape variations*: Since each item is individually crafted and due to varying shrinkage levels in the kiln, there may be slight variations in size and shape compared to mass-produced alternatives.

While we strive for perfection in every piece we create, these minor flaws do not compromise the functionality or durability of our products. They are a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into making each one.
