UK Delivery:

Cloakroom Sets/Toilet & Basin Sets 

• Securely packaged and sent by DHL on a next working day service, following a confirmation from us of a suitable day for delivery. Please note these are large boxes, up to 30kg each.
• A Cloakroom Set will consist of 3 boxes, and a Toilet & Basin Set 4 boxes.
• Once a delivery date has been arranged, DHL will contact you by email on the day of delivery to confirm an approximate delivery time with options to track/divert/leave with neighbour/etc.
• All goods are fragile and must be checked within 24 hours for any damages - each item will be very well packaged so does take some time to unwrap (please do so carefully!)

Bathroom Sets/Shower Trays 

• Depending on your location, delivery will be either by palletised transport service Palletways to most areas of the UK, or for more local addresses we will deliver on our own vehicle. We will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
• The palletised delivery service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property. 
• Please note that the palletised delivery will be on a large vehicle; if access to your property is restricted please contact us to discuss.

You are also welcome to collect goods in person from our warehouse in Four Marks, Hampshire GU34 5HN. Please call to discuss.
