Creating a new glaze colour is an expensive and time-consuming process, so generally we stick to colours already in our repertoire, but almost anything is possible!

The manufacturing process to create coloured wares is complicated and very specialised, requiring multiple glaze coats fired to extremely high temperatures to achieve the finished results. Our prices reflect many years of expertise in a highly skilled field, a small price to pay for excellence!

We carry many items in stock, available for delivery within 2-4 days of ordering. Items made to special order tend to take between 4-8 weeks to manufacture.

All of our products are fragile, and so are very well packaged in heavy duty boxes. We send these by carrier or on a palletised delivery service for larger items such as baths.
